I have recently had the plastic rear window of my 53 Reg Streetka replaced at a Jennings Ford dealership. the work was not up to the standard I expected. The previously taut plastic window has been replaced by another window which is rippled and does not appear to fit. The body-shop manger insisted that it was due to the fact that the window had been folded on a shelf and that it would rectify itself over time as the roof tension pulls it taut. I felt like I was being dismissed with an excuse, especially as weeks have gone by and instead of looking better it is looking worse. Do you have any advice on the course of action I should now take as I am not satisfied with the result.
Take it back and ask him to recheck. if you are still not happy call into a different dealership and ask his opinion
